At Barber Xpert, we aim to deliver high-quality digital marketing and SEO services tailored to the grooming industry. While every effort is made to ensure satisfaction, this Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the terms that apply to each scenario.
Service-Based Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Users may be eligible for a partial or full refund only if one or more of the following conditions apply:
- The service delivered does not match the scope or deliverables agreed upon in writing
- The work was not initiated or delivered within the specified timeline without prior notice or client approval
- There were technical errors, quality issues, or structural flaws that could not be resolved within the provided revision cycles
- The client has not accessed, downloaded, or used the delivered material, and cancellation occurs within 72 hours of payment
All refund requests must be submitted in writing with a clear explanation within 7 calendar days of service delivery.
Non-Refundable Situations
Barber Xpert does not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind or non-specific dissatisfaction after approved service delivery
- Delays or errors caused by incomplete inputs, unclear briefs, or client-side approvals
- Customized services such as SEO audits, strategy reports, and blog posts that require extensive research and are not resellable
- Third-party platform issues outside Website Name’s control, including hosting, email providers, or analytics tools
Once any portion of the service has been accessed or utilized (downloaded, published, reviewed), it becomes non-refundable.
Revision and Adjustment Policy
If a client is unsatisfied with the final output, Barber Xpert encourages the use of complimentary revision rounds (where applicable). Revisions are only honoured if:
- They fall within the originally agreed service scope
- Requests are submitted within 5 business days of final delivery
- Marketing content has not yet been published, distributed, or handed over to third-party vendors
Revisions are not equivalent to reworks. Major shifts in tone, scope, or strategy will be quoted as separate services.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Barber Xpert does not cover transaction fees, currency conversion differences, or platform deductions incurred during refund processing.
Cancellation Terms
Clients may cancel a scheduled service by submitting a formal request via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation terms are as follows:
- If cancelled more than 48 hours before the agreed start time, a full refund may be processed
- If cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start, a 40% cancellation fee applies to compensate for resource blocking
- If the work has already begun, the cancellation will be treated under the refund eligibility terms stated above
